Must be from experience at losing due to falsified numbers & facts. Run, run, run - he asked for proof and validation that you cannot produce.
Sounds amazingly similar to Obama's claim to be a natural-born citizen...If he is, then why won't he produce the proof? That is what makes me wonder the most - the fact that he's chosen to pay large amounts to dodge court proceedings instead of simply presenting valid proof.
